ImproMoves / Training Course / August 2023
What our participant Yorgos said: "In this training course I had the opportunity to explore 7 principles which are strongly related to the first step of Entrepreneurship - taking ownership in life.
Immediately after the training I started applying one of them: Risk-taking. Got the chance to question, how lightly am I taking life's unfoldings and got to witness how different levels of engagement impact my relationships with other people. Finally, on top of all of that, I got to co-create my very first Clown workshop!

What our participant Paula said: "Two weeks ago we had the opportunity to travel to the Netherlands and spend nine days thinking about the topic of wellbeing in an international group. We participated and even conducted our own workshops about the topic and got to spend a lot of time in the surrounding nature. During these nine days I not only learned a lot but also made new friends and created some unforgettable memories. Thank you to ImpACT and Numinous for making this exchange possible!"
Building Bridges / Training Course / January 2024
What our participant Silja said: "Building Bridges was a life-changing experience from learning to communicate in a healthier and more empathetic way to going on hikes and building deep connections. We spent a week in the mystical Czech forests and explored our inner world and how to connect with others before correcting them. The project gave me a new perspective into how communication works and a great toolset to build lasting connections. Already miss all of the coffee break talks and geniuenly fun activities!"
Butterfly Effect: Next Generation / Training Course / February 2024
What our participant Samira said: "The training course on conflict transformation and embodiment truly had been a changing experience, going through many different emotional stages and consciously looking at them. It opened my eyes on lots of aspects, but definitely most of all it strengthened my awareness for my emotions, to acknowledge them and express them through non-violent communication. I very much appreciate that Numinous sent me onto this training course and I can recommend the care and communication they shared with me as a sending organization. Applying through them is fully suggested! :)"
strings - a connection story / Youth Exchange by Numinous / September 2024
What our participant Maren said: "The 'strings'-Project was an amazing experience for me. The beautiful venue really helped to connect with nature and it was nice to enjoy swimming in the river and relaxing in the sauna. But the best part for me was the community. I was surprised how deeply I was able to connect with other participants. I can't recommend this project enough."
